Zespri documents support claim made by imprisoned ex-employee

A claim by the imprisoned Joseph Yu that he was not “general manager” of Zespri’s Chinese subsidiary appears to be supported by Zespri documents that run counter to the company's later claims.

Mr Yu, who filed a personal grievance claim against his former employer Zespri with the Employment
