Hawke’s Bay company Yummy Fruit has thrown the dice on an apple that has cells twice the size of normal apples, resulting in a bigger crunch.
Yummy, which is owned by the Paynter family, has invested over $2.5 million in bringing an apple called SweeTango to New Zealand.
