Xero says it wants to attract foreign investors

Xero doesn't need fresh capital – it says it intends to remain cashflow positive.

One reason to leave the NZX and to have a single listing on ASX is to attract foreign investors, Xero founder and managing director Rod Drury says.

However, in almost the next breath, he says being listed on NZX hasn’t prevented Xero from attracting foreign investors.
