WREDA confirms CEO is out

Change is afoot at Wellington's economic agency.

The Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency has confirmed boss Chris Whelan is leaving his chief executive role.

His departure has been rumoured since early this month but WREDA chose yesterday afternoon – in the midst of the Budget 2017 excitement – to confirm it.
