A merger of the world’s two largest brewers, Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller is going ahead in a £71.4 billion ($165.6 billion) deal.

Shareholders in SABMiller agreed to sell after settling another deal in which the London-based brewer will sell its 58% share in the US-based MillerCoors joint
