William Yan has plenty of 'friends' to get cash from, police say

The NZ Police say William Yan shouldn’t be released funds as he has plenty of “friends” who he can get money from.
The investor, who is also known as Bill Liu, has applied for living expenses because about $40 million of his assets were frozen following an August police raid on his home.
