Why Pioneer, NZVIF sold out of SLI

Fund calls time on its investment in the e-commerce company, just after it made its maiden profit.

Pioneer Capital has sold its 10% stake in SLI Systems for $1.25 million, or 25c a share, citing that it was unlikely to produce a good dividend flow.

The private investment company put $1 million into SLI before the Christchurch e-commerce company’s 2014 IP0, via its Pioneer Capital Parters
