The New Zealand outpost of high-end tea business T2 was bought by Unilever for $2.7 million.
Unilever (the parent) sold T2 NZ to its local business arm in January, 2015, Unilever NZ’s financial statements for the year to December, 2015 say.
The documents also show Unilever NZ had revenue of $265
