Wendy’s has lost a bid to restrain its landlord from modifying a neighbouring site to suit rival Restaurants Brands.
The company that runs Wendy’s – Wendco – has a lease with Wiri Licensing Trust for a site in Manukau.
The trust is preparing to lease the site next door to Restaurant
