A marketing drive aimed at Asian buyers has paid off with the sale of IBM House and Datam House in Victoria St, Petone, Wellington for $32 million.

Ryan Johnson and Brent Ringrose of CBRE brokered the sale on behalf of receivers Dave Ruscoe and Richard Simpson of Grant Thornton.
