Wellington near top of rising office rental markets
The capital ranks fourth in a global survey of 95 cities
Wellington has been ranked fourth for the fastest-growing office rents in a JLL global survey of 95 cities.
Rents grew 11% from the last quarter of 2013 to the last quarter of 2014.
The fastest growing rents were in Dublin with a 28% year on year growth; Singapore was second with 19% and Lyon
