Wellington developer quintuples value of office tower

Mike McCombie bought the buiding for $14.4 million just two years ago.

In August 2013 Wellington developer Mike McCombie bought an office building at 133 Molesworth St for $14.4 million.

Now he has just clinched a deal to sell it for $80 million to a Western Australia company, Ascot Capital, in its first foray into the New Zealand property market.
