Warminger penalty ‘a bit tough’

The High Court’s $400,000 market manipulation penalty order against Mark Warminger was harsher than necessary, a securities law specialist says.
“I thought it was a bit tough actually,” said Roger Wallis of Chapman Tripp. “It was more than I was expecting.”
