UPDATE: Vocus has confirmed NextGen as its acquisition target. The Australian telco, which owns the former CallPlus Group on this side of the Tasman, will buy NextGen for $A700 million. Vocus is also buying a domestic asset from NextGen's parent, CIMIC: the North West Cable System, for $A134
