VnC Cocktails’ founder Shane McKillen has been declared bankrupt, as the court battle embroiling his former drinks company continues.

Mr McKillen, also the founding shareholder of vodka company 42 Below, was bankrupted by debtor petition on April 5, insolvency records show.
