Viaduct Capital, Mutual Finance case tipped for higher court

Proceedings against five defendants involved in two failed finance companies restarted yesterday in the Auckland District Court. 

However, instead of the expected case review hearing, both parties asked Judge Anne Kiernan to transfer the case to the High Court at Auckland.
