Veritas settles Nosh sale

North Shore store says it won't join new franchise.

After twice pushing out the settlement deadline, investment company Veritas has officially offloaded its Nosh subsidiary with settlement of the grocery chain’s sale announced to the NZX.

Veritas chairman Tim Cook says the delays were simply a matter of finalising the details.
