Vector loses court bid to spread upgrade costs

A High Court judge has thrown out a bid by Vector [NZX: VCT] to “socialise” or pass on $3.2 million of upgrade costs to other electricity grid users.
The case, which challenged the Electricity Authority’s interpretation of its own Transmission Pricing Methodology, was heard last November.
