UPDATED: Sri Lankan authorities destroy expired Fonterra milk powder

UPDATE / 11.40am: Fonterra confirms this morning milk powder detained by the Sri Lankan health ministry and being destroyed as it near expiry dates, has not tested positive for DCD.
