UPDATED: Northland Port explains coolstores sale, shareholder lambasts 'insulting' comment

UPDATED / 12.30pm: Northland Port Corporation chief executive Graham Wallace says the cash effect of its new office building is $1.34 million, in the latest interim report's cashflow statement.

He did not confirm if that was the total price.
