Universities in the dark over government’s free education policy
A month before a new tertiary policy is due to start, universities say they don't know how it will work.

Some of the country’s biggest universities still don't know major elements of the government’s free tertiary education policy just weeks before its implementation.
But Education Minister Chris Hipkins insists more information about the policy will be made available soon.
