Trilogy offer far below peak but still 'fair' value

The takeover offer for Trilogy International is far lower than the stock’s peak, yet still looks fair value for shareholders, analysts say.

Private equity giant Citic Capital China Partners made a bid for the candle and skincare company on Friday, offering $2.90 a share.
