The NZ Chartered Accountants Disciplinary Tribunal says Imran Mohammed Kamal would have been struck off its register had he not resigned already. 

The disciplinary tribunal today handed down the order – equivalent to being struck off – rather than a three-year suspension as Mr Kamal
