Top dairy farm values still strong

Real Estate Institute figures indicate a slow easing of prices and volumes.

A Taupo dairy farm that sold at auction 10 days ago for $2.97 million is evidence of firm property prices for the sector, agents claim.

Some other less effusive agencies suggest overall dairy sector farm prices won’t become apparent until later in the year or early 2016.
