A High Court stoush between entities related to developers Tim Manning and Chris Cook has ended with a settlement.  

Mr Manning’s suit over a loan to Albany Heights-linked Hunter Gills Road was meant to start at the beginning of this week.

His company, Fonteyn Developments, had borrowed
