Tegel takeover far from a done deal

A selldown by several Tegel shareholders indicates uncertainty a full takeover bid by Philippines-based Bounty Fresh Foods will complete, sources say.

Bounty Fresh announced a proposed 100% takeover of chicken producer Tegel on April 26, saying it would pay cash of $1.23 a share.
