The Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust (TECT) is an anachronism that requires correction, its chairman says after proposing radical change affecting its 26% stake in NZX-listed Trustpower.
Shares in Trustpower fell as much as 4.6% after the proposals were revealed, before recovering to be down 3.7%
