An accountant with a criminal conviction has had his name suppressed by the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Disciplinary Tribunal.
The accountant was convicted of indecent assault and suspended by the tribunal for bringing the profession into disrepute. He cannot practise for one year.
