Supreme Court rejects van Heeren’s bid to appeal against Kidd
Twenty-year ordeal seemingly ended.
The Supreme Court has shot down Alex van Heeren’s attempt to continue his 20-year court battle against his former business partner Michael Kidd.
Last year, the High Court ordered Mr van Heeren to pay Mr Kidd $US25 million until they can agree on the full amount owed.
