Stiassny, Buck quit ahead of Windfarms AGM vote
NZ Windfarms directors stand down rather than go through with shareholder poll this afternoon.
Two directors of New Zealand Windfarms [NZX: NWF], Michael Stiassny and Vicki Buck, have resigned ahead of a vote today on their re-election to the board.
In a statement to the NZX late yesterday, the company said the two had decided not to stand for re-election as planned, and would step down
