Stay on wool scourer merger will cause 'substantial,' 'irreparable' loss

A stay pending an appeal on the approved merger between Cavalier Wool Holdings and a wool scouring business will result in “quantifiable, substantial, reliable and irreparable” loss, its lawyer says.
But the appealing party says continuing the stay, which will mean the merger cannot immediately
