Docking the severance pay of disgraced Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority boss Roger Sutton may be an option for the State Services Commissioner Iain Rennie.

He says he is considering sanctions against Mr Sutton for breaching confidentiality about a settlement over sexual harassment
