Dunedin’s anti-stadium activist Bev Butler is submitting a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman seeking information about underfunding.

Ms Butler has been a thorn in the side of the promoters and developers of the $224 million Forsyth Barr stadium, highlighting what she says are broken
