Spencer family loses third bid to lift Waiheke property classification

Spencer family's Man O'War Station retains outstanding natural landscape classification despite protests from the Rich Listers.

The Court of Appeal has tossed out the Spencer family’s third attempt to have the outstanding natural landscape classification revoked on its Man O’ War Station at the eastern end of Waiheke Island.

The station was classified by the former Auckland Regional Council under a comprehensive review
