The famous “Yummy” sticker on apples could be in jeopardy because of an intellectual property food fight with an Otago cherry growing company.

Johnny Appleseed Holdings, which owns half of the Yummy Fruit Company, is embroiled in a trade mark battle with cherry company Judare Investments.
