Farmers are concerned about the mounting costs of the government’s environmental regulations.

Yesterday the government revealed its $2 billion plan to make 90% of New Zealand rivers and lakes “swimmable” by 2040.

Part of the plan requires livestock to be fenced away from waterways and applies
