Sky TV insists on day in court

Pay-TV operator says 'nope' to negotiating rugby rights row settlement with Fairfax NZ, NZME and TVNZ.

Although Fairfax New Zealand, NZME and TVNZ have expressed the hope they can reach an out-of-court understanding with Sky TV over what constitutes “fair dealing” in the use of video footage, the pay television operator is determined to resolve the issue via action in the High Court.
