The Shareholders Association says it will be looking closely at Sky Network Television’s [NZX:SKT] proposal to hike directors’ fees.

The pay-TV operator is seeking shareholder support to boost the fee pool by 27% from $750,000 to $900,000, saying it needs to pay more to attract and retain
