Sky and Vodafone to proceed with merger appeal
Competition regulator's rejection of deal to be challenged in court.
Sky TV will shortly file its full appeal of the Commerce Commission decision rejecting its proposed merger with Vodafone NZ.
Chief financial officer Jason Hollingworth confirmed the move this morning.
“We are filing our detailed reasons today, or very soon,” he said.
