Sixteen years too long at the table for Stiassny, says Entrust
Majority Vector shareholder provides explanation for seeking to remove chairman.

Vector shareholder Entrust’s decision to oust chairman Michael Stiassny was based on a view his 16 years in the job was long enough.
On Wednesday Mr Stiassny revealed he had lost the support of Entrust, Vector’s 75.1% shareholder, and had therefore decided not to seek re-election to the board
