Sir Bob Jones too optimistic about Harcourts building, court says

An Environment Court panel says it was unconvinced by Sir Bob Jones’  “optimistic” valuation of Wellington’s Harcourts building, in its ruling against allowing demolition of the heritage building.

Environment Court Judge Jeff Smith, who gave the reasoning for the court, says they were unconvinced
