Singapore broker pursues NZ entity over 'undischarged' $US15m

The FMA deregistered the entity from the Financial Service Providers Register last September.

A Singaporean company has stopped a Cypriot forex trader’s local entity, which it claims owes $US15 million on customer accounts, from being struck off so it can pursue its “undischarged claim” against the deregistered company.
