Silverdale director duo in fuel card dispute

A Kiwi Forestry-linked entity has issued up to 1500 petrol cards to several hundred customers, which Z Energy says it is unauthorised to do.

Z Energy [NZX: ZEL] wanted to turn a company’s taps off, but a High Court judge’s prompting to have “time and effort better spent” has seen the parties temporarily settle until the dispute can be fully heard.
