Silver Fern extends deadline for Shanghai Maling deal

Further three months breathing space for OIO approval.

Meat co-op Silver Fern Farms and Chinese company Shanghai Maling have until September 30 to conclude their proposed Chinese joint venture, after failing to meet the original June 30 deadline.

In a statement this morning Silver Fern said the companies had agreed in principle to the revised deadline
