A prestigious private arts school in receivership and liquidation is estimated to leave creditors $1.1 million short, liquidators say.

Ardern Holdings, which trades as Corelli International Academic School of the Arts, was put into receivership last month, with Jeffrey Meltzer of Meltzer Mason
