Two former Fonterra [NZX: FCG] directors have kicked off a campaign to cut the size of the giant dairy co-op’s board from 13 to nine, arguing the change will streamline decision-making.
Dairy farmers Colin Armer and Greg Gent have put a resolution to Fonterra’s annual meeting on November 25
