Sereposis paid creditor with boat and Ferrari

Terry Serepisos settled with the first creditor who sought to bankrupt him by signing over security in a silver Ferrari and a 43 foot launch.

Canterbury Mortgage Trust initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Mr Serepisos over an $2.3 million shortfall in security, but withdrew this action
