Samson Corp sues over faulty robot carpark

NBR Rich Lister Michael Friedlander’s Samson Corporation has taken legal action over defects in a automated car parking stacker in one of its Karangahape Road properties.

It is suing construction firm Macrennie for breach of a head contract and wants damages in excess of $700,000.
