Sale of Intueri assets leaves ANZ still owed $52m

Administrators' report reveals sale price of operating businesses.

Private equity-owned training provider ACG acquired the businesses of defunct rival Intueri for about $29 million, the final administrator’s report suggests.

The transaction leaves Intueri’s lender ANZ Bank still owed $51.9 million, with no assets left to recover.
