The actions of bankrupt developer Rod Nielsen’s accountant were questioned today in the High Court at Auckland.
Mr Nielsen’s successor trust Rosebud Corporate Trustee (whose sole director is now Mr Nielsen’s wife Sirene) is suing Paul Bublitz and Chris Cook for $3.2 million of funds raised
